1. Our representative will come to your property and assess the area you need protecting from the wind or sun. They will offer advice, and explain the range of innovative solutions possible for your property. You will then be able to consider material choice and see the wide choice of available colours.
Finally an on the spot quote will be provided.
2. When you decide you are happy to go ahead with the installation a 50% deposit is taken and work on the job will begin.
3. SolTex will place your material colour on order, and hand the job sheet to their machinist, based in Costa Teguise.
4. Awnings depending on size and availability of materials will take two weeks to make. As soon as your awning is near completion you will receive a phone call to arrange a convenient date and time for the installation of your new Sol Tex awning.
5. SolTex will arrive at your property at the agreed time and be ready to commence work.
6. Tools and awnings will be unloaded and work will begin.
7. The majority of awnings are attached with screws into the wall or woodwork, or alternatively via bolts into aluminium structures.
SolTex has seven years of experience and expertise in installation and will ensure that you have strong firm fixings.
8. After installation all structures will be tested by SolTex and any necessary adjustments will be carried out.
9. When you are completely happy with your installation, you pay the outstanding 50% balance.
10. SolTex leaves you happy with your new installation.
